ingredients

  • coffee (cold brew or regular refrigerated)
  • ice
  • caramel syrup (or whatever flavor)
  • milk
  • caramel creamer (or whatever flavor)

First put the syrup around the cup. (do this first) Second add ice. Then you add the coffee. Then add milk to the rim then your creamer to the top. The more you like the coffee taste the less you add of creamer.

morning toasting

I am a picky eater and I’m definitely not the best at mornings, but breakfast is the best meal of the day! This toast is pretty (which is important to me), and easy. I love to have it with my protein smoothie or add on. So quick and lighter on your stomach. Balanced breakfast☑️

  • almond butter (no stir if you like it think instead of runny) -protein
  • coconut flakes (i get organic) -fat
  • fresh sliced strawberries -fruit/veg

Okay so I am definitely a breakfast person more than anything and an easy, guilt free, yummy breakfast is not as hard as it looks. A smoothie bowl is so pretty and actually good. (I only like pretty foods to be honest)
